Had a great time exploring the city during my stay. The location is perfect, with the vibrant area of El Poblado just a short walk away, making it easy to check out various restaurants and cafes. I particularly enjoyed the relaxing pool area after long days of sightseeing. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring many local dishes that made for a delightful start to my mornings.

The gym lacks necessary equipment and the jacuzzi temperature could be improved. a small update would elevate the experience significantly.

Great stay but location concerns

Woke up to the aroma of the breakfast buffet—delicious fresh fruits and hearty Colombian dishes filled me with energy for the day. Staff were welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay.

However, the location was quite far from main attractions in Poblado. it required a taxi to get to the center. Additionally, the gym had limited equipment, which was disappointing for my fitness routine.

The staff was simply amazing, treating us like family! Our dog was welcomed everywhere, which made our stay special. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the pool area was ideal for winding down after exploring the beautiful surroundings.

My kids wished for a children's play area.

The room was spacious and had a really nice view of the city, which I loved. The bed was super comfy, perfect for drifting off after a long day. The daily cleaning was on point too! The bathroom was decent, but nothing too special. Overall, it was a cozy spot to unwind, just a bit noisy at times from outside traffic.

Had a lovely week here. The staff was super friendly and really went out of their way to make things special. Shoutout to Luis during breakfast for his awesome service! The room was comfy and had a nice view, but the noise from outside could be annoying at times. Overall, a great place to chill.

It was just an ideal choice for a couple of nights in Medellin with definitely value for money. The steam room was a nice touch after a long day of exploring the city. Make sure to check the pool hours before planning your day.

I had a lovely experience with the breakfast buffet offering a delightful mix of fresh fruits, breads, and Colombian specialties. The staff went above and beyond. one bellman even helped us get an Ace bandage delivered to our room in no time. My room was spacious with a decent city view, and I appreciated the cleanliness throughout my stay. However, the gym could use some more equipment to enhance the workout experience.

The breakfast was probably the best part. an unlimited buffet with tons of tasty options. The staff really made my stay special, always kind and ready to help. The location was perfect, just a short trip to El Poblado for nightlife.
